Home to the finest medics in all of Soul Society, the Second Division grounds are a calm and serene place during peace time. During war however, the grounds come alive with hasty healers carrying and tending to the wounded. The Second Division is located near the southern gate of the wall that surrounds Seireitei.

The Third Division of the Gotei, which hosts those who are adept in handling information and conduction investigation, boasts a large library and an equally large collection of texts and tomes upon their grounds. Much like the Second Division, the Third Division has a very calm and peaceful air to it. The Third Division is located near the northern gate of the wall that surrounds Seireitei.

Being responsible for maintaining order in Seireitei and handling lawbreakers, the Gotei's Fourth Division grounds are very spartan, but include a large well guarded jail. The headquarters for this Division is quiet much like the Second and Third Divisions, but the atmosphere is decidedly less friendly. The Fourth Division is located near the western gate of the wall that surrounds Seireitei.

The Fifth Division grounds are very boisterous. The Shinigami who comprise its member base are often paired up throughout the area having spars or by themselves carrying out training when they aren't out in the Rukongai on patrol. The Fifth Division is located near the eastern gate of the wall that surrounds Seireitei.

In addition to the five divisions of the Gotei, Seireitei has four public districts. Two are residential areas, one is akin to a large bazaar, and the other is a recreational zone which in addition to things such as a hotspring, gardens, and parks, contains small locations set aside for food production.
