Hastily, Mai relinquished her hold on Harupia's arm, mumbling and nodding her affirmation after he had thanked her; still confused by this situation, dream, or other odd subconscious phenomenon, she took in all the sights, trying to make sense of it all. Until the shriek from the female taichou rippled through Mai's system and dumped her into a new mindset.
While the now banana-less Harupia took off to assist the rather large grouping of beings centered around the attempted shinigami-napping, and the arrancar followed a similar course of action (by throwing his own delicious fruit), the girl struggled to decide on a course of action; her taichou had gone to oversee the struggle of the fukutaichou, and, judging by his haste, instruct them in preventing an unwanted amputation (the shoulder was a weak joint, after all, and that abrupt change in positioning could not have been painless, thereby leaving her all to her lonesome to combat a rather frightful memory threatening to surface.
The arrancar spoke, glaring after Harupia, and Mai, having started after him to do something other than stand in the immediate vicinity of the terrifying enemy, jerked to a stop, thinking she was the one addressed (as Harupia was moving elsewhere to do his doctor-thing, the assumption was natural). "And how do you propose we do that?" she asked bluntly; to her credit, her voice didn't crack or waver, though it did come out in a rather haughty tone. "You just launched your weapon at it and are otherwise unarmed."
Oops, silly girl, going and showing off how much she forgot about the hollow race.

[bgcolor=000000]Progress was a truly wonderful thing. In this case, even if by accident the Shinigami known as Harupia and the Arrancar known as Shi, had solved the puzzle laid out for them, even if said puzzle wasn't made exactly clear. The results were about to unfold.~ Struggling with the added weight of those latching themselves unto Sumie the long armed beast grunted and hooted in frustration as it fought with all it's elongated might to stay in its perch, however by sheer dumb luck two of the party managed to fend off the beast by giving it exactly what it was after. Bananas. Hooting with joy as a banana bounced off it's head, the beastie released the dislocated limb of Sumie and caught both bananas thrown its way before they fell to the earth's floor. A moment later, it lept from the tree a piece of the yellow fruit in each hand. The black beast was no more than a little chimp, whom apparently had the ability to enhance the size of it's limbs to a great degree. Smiling as best it could toward those whom had given it lunch, it nommed down a whole banana skin and all in two bites. "Thanks!" It shouted, all the more strange since apes were not known to speak any language but their own.. Aside from those certain ones, ya know the ones I mean. Laughter would fill the air as the chimp scampered off on his way, satisfied with his meal. The laughter, all to familiar to the band of misfits for it belonged to their captor and tease. "Way to think outside the box Even if you were still thinking like violent buffoons. And now the final test!"
A flash, suddenly they would find themselves deep beneath the ground, three tunnel before them. One off to the left, another straight forward and one off to the right. For those whom still had their bananas, squashed or not, they would find they had been replaced with torches. Sumie, whom had been injured would find her dislocated limb had been healed. Aside from the lit torches and the three tunnels they would find a wooden sign. Upon it, written in big bold letters was a very simple message. " You must go backward to go forward. You must rejoin to become one, yet you must be one, to be several." Nonsense, surely. Or was it? Perhaps those gathered would be able to figure it out. Or perhaps not. As I failed to mention it early, half of Shigeo's gold will/has been taken from him. Additionally his character will have his zanpakuto returned as, well I won't go into the why of that yet as it's not important.
Additionally after speaking with Ki, we've decided to change the deadline for the posting. All of you are to post within 48 hours of this post (keep to the same posting order). Two weeks have passed since this event started and we have made very little progress, this is in an attempt to speed things along.
Those whom hold up others and make it impossible for them to post after the 48 hours have passed, will be removed. And from there those remaining will have 24 hours to post and so on and so forth.
This may seem a bit harsh, but this has been a little slow even for the ample time you've had so far. And I for one would like to actually finish what was started instead of having to just stop midway because of the 3 week deadline. Same rules apply to those whom are kicked.

".. What ..."The events occured fast. And the conclusion was lamer than the ending of "A Cat is Fine Too?". So it all went down like this.. As the monster attacked Sumie, Cap'n Red, Kiba & and that one Hollow decided it was best to.. hold her down. Gen was just amazed that her Taicho was able to do something other than being cold. But before the tiny girl could do something, someone decided to throw their only choice of weapon, the banana, at the monster. And it proved to be.. successful. Rather than eating it themselves, it was meant to be an offering to the monster, who now, was no monster at all. It was a chimp. It devoured the banana faster than Gen with a bottle of milk and thanked them all. "Oh. We passed. Finally. Now we can go ho-", or so she thought, as her mind was interupted by reality. Bakami was back, and this time, he called them stupid again. Really? Is that the best he can do?.. Final Test. Ruh-roh
The scenery changed, they were underground, and now with another riddle at hand. The bananas were now torches, and they were no longer in the jungle, the mighty jungle. They were in a cave. Good for them, the torches were lit, as the path ahead revealed itself to them. Three paths to be precise. And the cherry on the cupcake would be the confusing riddle Bakami gave them this time. "You must go backward to go forward. You must rejoin to become one, yet you must be one, to be several.", was written on a wooden sign above the paths. Gens mind moved like gears, making up new ideas in her head as she tried to understand this. The first part of the text made no sense to her. Go backward to go forward. It was hard to understand. But she knew it had to come into play sooner or later. However, the second part was the one that caught Gens mind. You must REJOIN to BECOME ONE, yet you must be ONE to be SEVERALRejoin.. It's not like the group could fuse together and become one. But something in their hands could become one. The fire. The plan was clear. But was it correct? She decided to speak up. "I have an idea, if you would care to hear it.", Gen stated loudly, with a serious voice. The cold attitude was not present though, as she continued with her idea. "To become one, several things must be combined. Gattai, if you may call it that. But the things that were to be combined had to be one as well, as the sign tells you. My idea is simple. The sign looks to be made of wood. We burn it. That way, it becomes one.. however, I am not certain about the first part. Maybe we need to go back to our starting point..?"After this was said, Gen looked at the various people for a reaction of sorts. typos, had to correct

_________________ Before Andra could give attention to the monkey incident, the group in whole is transported again. The banana in his right hand, and the newly grasped one in his left were also now in the form of torches. He blinks and shakes his head in confusion while saying, "This is boring. This guy is dull." With such a wide grip Andra takes the other torch and holds them both in his left hand, allowing him one free hand. The Arrancar sighs lightly, giving the new environment a brief glance around. Assuming they were underground, he simply watches the others. In all honesty, he didn't want to be here so he was just going to sit back and watch. Wait. Observe. This experience was going to teach him the same amount as it would watching or participating.
Dreams.
A vivid dream can be so realistic that even pain would be perceived. A dream can reach the point where differing it from the real world is an impossible task. For now, Andra simply considered Qacaha as a figment of his imagination. These people, the Shinigami, for all he knew, they weren't even real. _________________

Cold shivers crept down her spine as Ryuu wrapped his arms around her midsection. She felt compelled to react, his chemistry interacting malignantly with hers through no fault of his own, but grit her teeth instead; Sumie was in danger, in pain (this, too, caused her to shudder), and though she called for release, Kurisuna could not surrender her to this thing.
Which turned out to be an ape. As it let go of Sumie, she, too, let the woman down after breaking off from the Arrancar, more than a little perplexed as she glared at Ryuu, and then drew that same glower skyward at the mention of a final trial before a bright flash of light warped what she'd deemed reality.
Great. More weird puzzle shit.
Her banana now a torch, she stuck to Sumie's side, thinking the injury still there; Kurisuna had read the sign, and she'd listened to Gensou, too, though her interpretation of the riddle differed from the 3rd seat's. ''Don't burn the sign. We ought to stick...'' Deep breath. She didn't like the prospect. ''... together, and choose a tunnel.''

Kiba didn't know much about monkeys; he knew a bit about dislocated arms, however, and choked down a wail as Sumie did her best not to cry out. Kiba was, when the monkey jumped from the tree, conflicted - on the one hand, he needed to fix his friend! On the other hand, he had to feed the monkey his fist! Unfortunately, the scene promptly changed after more input from the stupid dream-king, and so now Kiba had a Sumie in one hand and a torch in the other - and no monkey to shove a torch down the throat of. And now the stupid games continued, and something about many becoming one and walking backwards, or something. What mattered more to Kiba, of course, was the nature of Sumie's arm; he could tell really just by looking that it worked again, but the fact remained that the stupid dream king, after chiding Kiba for considering violence, went and hurt Sumie. This meant he was both a liar and a hypocrite, and to Kiba, who had been woken to the sounds of screaming people, that meant he needed to be fed his own teeth. A new goal in mind, Kiba simply kept his silent, and glowered. There were some who claimed he'd begun 'looming', and may the powers above help whomever stood in the way of his splooshing. >

Focusing instead on his COMPLETELY ALTRUISTIC (insert coughing here) ACT OF HEROISM (more coughing followed by snickering), Ryuu didn't pay much attention to everyone else's antics. Although he found it pretty funny that despite one of their own being in danger, the shinigami (not counting Kurisuna and Kiba) were content to watch. However what Ryuu did notice was Sumie's arm getting dislocated (not his problem and a dislocated arm beats being mauled by a monster), the shivers on Kurisuna's spine due to being in close proximity to him (undoubtedly their chemistries were benignly interacting and they would become the best of friends) and the two bananas which entered his sight after being thrown (somehow that one seemed a bit inefficient to fight the monster). But suprisingly the banana throwing worked.
Being shoved back after SUMIE had been saved, Ryuu barely had enough time to comprehend that the monster turned out to be a talking chimp. Immediately adopting a very hurt and saddened look that seemed to be on the verge of tears in the face of Kurisuna's glare , Ryuu figured that would be enough to make her feel terrible given that Ryuu's actions had helped save her friend. Although if they didn't Ryuu would be less than thrilled considering that he had indeed proven to be helpful to the rescue and was now being repayed with loathing and more importantly because in order to pull off looking sad he had to frown (luckily his back was to Andra and Shi so they wouldn't notice).
However before he could accurately gauge Kurisuna's reaction, the mysterious host of these trials made yet another insulting comment to the group and teleported them all to a cave. Noticing that they were all holding torches, Ryuu inspected the riddle on the sign. Still thinking of a possible answer, Ryuu's thought process was interupted by the suggestion of utilizing Gattai.
GATTAI?!?! Ryuu thought to himself as the girl explained her suggestion. While it made sense in a very weird way, Ryuu didn't think that burning the sign would have the best results (although it was still fun to burn things so he wouldn't put that suggestion completely out of mind). Then listening to Kurisuna's suggestion of sticking together, Ryuu found some consolation that at the very least another shinigami was willing to work together with the arrancar which once again lowered the odds of a bloody free-for-all. "I agree. Maybe the first part means that we are supposed to find our way back to that forest. Or possibly even that pillar room. Maybe the other parts of the riddle refer to us working as a group." Ryuu chimed in once Kurisuna had said her piece. It would appear that his curiousity and focus on this next riddle had completely distracted him from his sadness from a few moments ago. Which was quite true given that Ryuu was enjoying these puzzles immensely. Afterall they were new and exciting and Ryuu had no idea how this was all going to end.

[bgcolor=555555] Prior to their arrival in a new location, pain was all Sumie knew even after released to the ground until the healing occurred. However, there was such a thing as phantom pain and after a traumatic experience such as what she endured, Sumie could still feel her shoulder burning with the fury of a thousand suns. Or at least one. Either way, the limb still hurt and it was hard for her to focus.
Hard, but not impossible. Once the world stopped trying to slide out of focus and her breathing returned to normal, Sumie disentangled herself from Kiba's hold and took several slow steps toward the sign, though not before uttering a quiet, "Thanks," as she passed by Ryuu. Trust wasn't there, but Sumie did have manners. With Kiba and Kurisuna, it was assumed. Either way, Sumie would find herself before the sign, the words embossed there now similarly positioned in her own mind.
After a moment, she looked away only to take in the rest of the scene. Three tunnels, nine people. Six were Shinigami, three were arrancar, and now they had torches; perfect for exploring dark places. The riddle mentioned being one but having to rejoin as well. Sumie let it sink in. Though going backward still didn't make sense, she said, "I think we should split up. Three people to each one of the three tunnels." She gestured toward the arrancar and added, "There are three of them as well. I think one should go with each group. So it'll be two Shinigami and one Hollow per tunnel. If this riddle has any bearing on what we're supposed to do, the tunnels should lead to a center point where we can all meet up, making several, or at least a few, groups one."
Sumie gingerly rolled her arm as the pain started to ease slightly. Now it helped to keep her focused rather than not because it gave her a grip on the reality of the situation; they needed to get out of there. Sumie had experienced something akin to phantom pain in dreams before, but the initial dislocation had been far to real. Things were... dangerous, at best, no matter what the being from before had said about a lack of violence; it clearly didn't extend to his end, no matter how accidental or sugar coated the incident had been. "As for going backward, I'm not sure. Maybe we could try walking backward," she finished lamely.

Harupia blinked first at the Arrancar, which had seemed to join him in the daring tactic of flinging banana's, who suggested a more all out assault on whatever creature was trying to rip one of his comrades apart, and then towards Mai, which raised the question of how would they assault the creature without their weapons.. He would turn his head back and forth beetwen hem for a short moment wondering what to do...perhaps if the Hollow would toss him...but what could he really do, he wasn't much of a physical fighter...unless he could use his Chiduyo knowledge...but he never used it for anything the healing...
All this thoughts flashed through his mind before the hand released its grip on Sumie, and snatched the banana's from the air...and after that there whole being jumped down, revealing to be a monkey of some sorts...a talking monkey. Well, now this was looking more like a dream again...seeing the happy ape would be somewhat amusing if it wasn't trying to crush one of his companions minutes ago. After that came another comment of the master behinds this puppet show (an ironic one judging by the fact he stuck Kiba in the ground earlier, and was partly responsible for Sumies injuries), before they were warped into another area apparently.
From the middle of a dense forest down into some dark, dungeon like area with three tunnels before them... At least they were supplied torches this time. Turning to Shi for a second he said "Well, I guess we did a fine job of fruit lunching...companion" giving him a slightly awkward smile (he still was a creature he should be hunting down for intents and purposes) before he would pass most of the folks twaords Sumie. He did take note of one of the other Hollow just moping around, captain Kurisuna being displeased by the contact with the Hollow, the Hollow being displeased by her displeased, but what he really care about was the wounded Shinigami. Dream or not, he was a doctor still.
He was in for a surprise as he was that the arm, which he was pretty sure dislocated as the ape hold her, was no looking relatively healthy. still just to be sure, he would ask " How is the arm? Does it still hurt? I can try and see if there is anything wrong with it...though I must say, you have made a rather quick recovery in the last...few seconds?" he concluded with a scratch of his chin, now having a good look at what seemed to be a fine looking arm.
After a brief moment of thought he would say "I think my friend here has the most accurate idea of how to deal with this situation...If we split into groups, we will have to rejoin to become one again, hopefully at the end of the tunnel. And as for the second part, I guess it means we need to be one as a unit, that means trust each other, in order to be willing to split up with people of the...other species" he said after a small pause, thinking of a way to address the differences between the races present. He would then add "And walking backwards...well, its sound kind of ridiculous, but we just met a banana craving talking transformape. Might as well add into the goofines of this all!" he concluded with a laugh, attempting to boost the moral of the group with a joke

[bgcolor=000000]Again it had happened, how terribly sad. The strain on the mind and body from the two unusual forms of transport had it's effect on poor, poor Shi. Like Shigeo before him he stood dazed and confused, seemingly frozen in time. And like Shigeo before him, he got a visitor in which only he could see. With a rag, he dabbed the side of the Arrancar's mouth and frowned a bit. "Must have something to do with the names.." Twice in so little a time for this to occur. How very sad. Cupping the Arrancar's face the robed man gave him his best smile and sent him on his way returning to him his prized weapon and half of what he took. And a case of athletes foot for good measure. Shi, exited. Half of his gold to be taken. 24 hours allotted for the remaining posters(poster) as per the agreement.
Additionally an edit for a silly typo

Mai levelled her gaze at the arrancar, waiting for a response. She didn't dare glance away to see the outcome of the banana tossing, but she did listen, keeping an ear out to any sort of planning so she wouldn't be taken by complete surprise if there was a sudden departure through the trees. But hopefully, should the arrancar try something, or say something, Mai would be ready, despite the ignorant blush creeping at the base of her throat.
Instead, the scene shifted, once more upsetting the balance of things. If her stomach hadn't been empty already, this constant stream of shifting realities most likely would have encouraged a purging. Fortunately, she was already empty, and she would not be vomiting. She was already embarrassed enough at the indignation she felt at the arrancar's silence. As her world righted itself, she chanced a full-on glare at his face, only to have hers blank as he suddenly disappeared.
"Make that two," she said as she glanced back toward group, having overheard the suggested pairing. "This one...vanished." Her shoulder jerked where the arrancar had been, as if proving her point; she glanced down at the torch on her hip as she felt it shift with her shrug, and quickly sought to remove it, eventually holding it so that she wouldn't set herself aflame.

[bgcolor=000000]Yes indeed, one of their group had vanished. However in response nothing about the riddle upon the side had changed. What an odd development, no? Perhaps the theories presented thus far were not correct, or was it that one of the three were? Who knows? Well someone knew but he wasn't about to tip the scales in one way or another by letting someone know. No no, that would be no fun whatsoever!
However after each member of the group remaining had a chance to voice an opinion (regardless if they did so or not), voices began to flow into the room from what seemed like all three of the tunnels. At first it was rather quiet, as if someone were whispering to them. But it quickly turned much louder. While not truly unbearable, the hooting and screaming coming from a tunnel (or all three) was evident though not quite clear. It sounded much like someone, or someones in this case talking under water, all jumbled up.
However what would be apparent was that these voices would be a little familiar to the very keen and observant. The voices in question, belonged to themselves.

People disappearing. That's a bad sign. Gensou unfortunately flashes her mind back to one of the books she read, a horror book, where ghosts ate people and made them disappear. Wait. Ghosts... GYAH!Her eyes now shot up, as the torch in her hand dropped to the ground, bouncing of it once as it rolled to the side. You see, the small girl was afraid of ghosts. Spiritual beings that acts on another plane of existence. You can't see them. And they are obviously bad business. Or so she read. Now, she had to act cool. Couldn't let people see she.. was a chicken. Slowly edging herself behind the nearest shinigami who would not be that tallest person there, she soon found herself behind Sumie. Now for the course of action. Since nobody seemed to like Gen's own idea, she had to go with another persons idea. She spoke up once more, this time with a slightly shaky voice, yet remaining cold in her speech. "I-I guess we could all g-go into the tunnels together. Like Saikokui-taicho suggested.. D-Don't want no one else to disappear."

_________________ More disappearances, more suggestions and of course, more confusion. Andra waits for a gap of silence so that he may put fourth his opinion, "Remember one thing group -- we're accused of being boring and predictable. It's an opinion that he's most likely basing these test answers on... things we would otherwise never do unless in this situation." Then something hushed stops the Arrancar mid-talk, his ears perk and eyes widen. The hushed whispers elevate to the point of an annoying volley of screams and shouts. Irritated, Andra heads over to a tunnel entrance and kneels down to the floor. With a small rock he scribbles down in the dirt the number "1" before erecting his posture and heading down that same tunnel. Trekking fourth his gaze remains on watch, surveying the walls, ceiling, floor and path up ahead. Andra was looking for writings, levers, pressure stones, pits, simply anything one would expect to find in such an environment. That, or the source of these really annoying screams. _________________

Kurisuna, of course, hadn't felt awful. Au contraire, she had welled up with glee when Ryuu's features had pinched to depict emotions too poignant for Hollow-kind. Sorrow was beyond their sentimental spectrum. Sumie had to go and thank it, though, so she tossed another cautionary glare the Arrancar's way as if to warn that she, honest to god, would set it on fire if it got too close. Ultimately, this did little to solve the weird puzzle shit.
The apparent enmity in her eyes did not recede any, even as Ryuu concurred with her approach. Sumie's differed, the Lieutenant determining they ought to split up, instead, though she did not fancy the odds of her towing an Arrancar headlong with someone else.
Although Gensou had also supported her interpretation of the riddle, she stepped besides Sumie and reached out closely to grab her forearm. It was not forceful, but emphatic of possessiveness, which she supposed amounted to the unspoken assertion of ''one way or another, you're coming with me.''
There were whispers, then, their tones rising in pitch and volume until a great din, whose source lied past their chamber. She listened for a pattern, but an nth term could not be found among the disorganized cycle of their shouts. And then she discerned Sumie's voice.
Her own went through such manic highs and lows that it took a moment to make out, but she recognized that, too. Kurisuna did not doubt that the deafening swarm, magnified by the configurations of their venue, belonged to everybody there.
She'd read enough horror to comment on the nature of these screams: ''How cliché.''

Things were progressing, but slowly - and to Kiba, this meant they were not progressing at all. Voices began to swell up around them - and apparently people disappeared? - and people continued to bicker about this riddle or that. Personally, Kiba hated riddles. They were always stupid, always had stupid answers, and they never made any sense. They were always more Sumie's bag than his.
Kiba always preferred to solve a riddle by thumping whoever was asking on the forehead until they told him the answer. Things got done quicker that way. Clearly it was time to show everybody how it was done.
"THIS IS TAKING TOO LONG!" Kiba bellowed, and thus began to move forward - and any body in his way would find themselves rapidly hefted up and slung over a shoulder, to be carried along his path. If nobody were in his way any longer, just as well! Just because he could heft a load of weight around didn't mean he wanted to, after all. Naturally, Kiba would move directly down the center tunnel; he'd heard a story about a knot once, that was undone by cutting it down the middle. So Kiba cut this knot down the middle, too!
Or punched it down the middle. He liked punching better.

KURISUNA WAS A FIEND AND A NOT VERY NICE LADY. Not only did she not feel terrible in the face of Ryuu's faked sadness (although it was very convincing). But the not very nice lady seemed gleeful at Ryuu's sadness despite the fact that he had done a genuinely good deed in aiding her and SUMIE. Not only that but RYUU HAD TO STOP SMILING FOR A MOMENT DURING THE ATTEMPT TO MAKE KURISUNA FEEL BAD. SUCH A HUGE SACRIFICE HAD BEEN MADE FOR NOTHING. Giving a slight nod to SUMIE as she at least had the decency to thank him, Ryuu was so focused on recovering from the abandonment of his trademark smile that he barely noticed the other events that were occurring.
Apparently one of the shinigami gave a good idea on the meaning of the riddle. Andra had decided to move ahead into one of the tunnels. Plus Shi had mysteriously disappeared in front of everyone. And finally there were ghostly noises that were coming from the tunnels (one of which was definitely Ryuu's voice) which seemed to scare one of the shinigami so much that she dropped her torch. BUT NONE OF THIS WAS ANYWHERE NEAR AS IMPORTANT AS THE FACT THAT RYUU HAD TO STOP SMILING (for a moment) ALL FOR NOTHING. But the great thing about smiling as that it helps you forget about those moments when you aren't smiling due to the cruelty of a certain mean lady because at that moment YOUR STILL SMILING. And thus Ryuu was able to snap back to normal and avoid a possible existential crisis and/or nervous breakdown (although he did feel dirty and planned to do something super extra special to some unfortunate soul to make up for this incident).
Stepping towards the torch that Gen had dropped and picking it up before it set someone on fire, Ryuu narrowly avoided the Kiba train as a result of this. Handing the torch back to Gen (assuming she wasn't caught up in the Kiba train, Ryuu said to any remaining people who were there, "Well I suppose thats one way to get everyone into groups. Anyway I'm going to follow the him. Feel free to join me or go down one of the other two tunnels. Your choice." And with that Ryuu went down the middle tunnel where he would most likely catch up to Kiba given that he was (presumably) carrying several people. Perhaps then Ryuu would be able to discover why someone was using his own voice to shout at him.

[bgcolor=555555] Sumie was far from an auditory expert, her own specialty being visual, but even she eventually made out what the voices were. She sighed, allowed Kurisuna to maintain her grasp, and followed after Kiba as he marched into the center tunnel. Sumie didn't think it was a good idea, but the riddles seemed unwilling to be solved by logic so the remaining course of action was simply... action. "Gen-chan," Sumie called as she fell in step behind Kiba, addressing the younger female to beckon her forward into the march.

As the majority of the group inched toward, and eventually move into, the center tunnel, Mai stayed behind, looking for her taichou. She did not see him, and as the cacophony of voices fell/rose (or whatever it was her subconscious was doing to her), she assumed he went in with the group. A quick glance at the sign they had centered around jostled her into moving, and she hurriedly made her way down the tunnel marked with the number one; a distorted voice stopped her mid-stride, causing her to turn around, torch brandished wildly.
Wide-eyed, she turned back around, now jogging to, hopefully, catch up with whichever being had gone this route. Her pale lip plumped as she gnawed upon it, anxious, as she pressed onward, worry eating her away. Should she have gone with the group? Or was she correct in taking her chances with the unknown?

[bgcolor=000000]Two tunnels were chosen, had you to number them (which one of the remaining 8(7) did) number one and two now had been occupied, by at least one party of each faction present. Oh how splendid! The riddle had been solved to a degree and while the robed man would normally chastise them for being block headed bafoons.. Now was not the time to do it, oh no. His bosses had found him out. He had been yelled at, most full heatedly for disobeying them, he had been warned in the past you see with playing with lesser species. It was below him, below them, but oh no.. The robed man just had to go and push those buttons. As the two groups (one far smaller than the other) continued down their chosen paths, the screams became far more easier to understand. Their voices were yelling at the robed man in a tongue they could not understand, but they could gather they were very, very cross. And soon they could see light ahead. The remaining members of the once split now rejoined party would emerge from their chosen paths at exactly the same time, regardless of whom went down where first or last, (tricky was at work here!) and they found find themselves pushing the robed man back and forth between them, shouting in an obscure language all the while the robed man begged and pleaded in a tongue they could understand. "Pleeeease! I was only trying to teach them that they aren't so different!" More obscure shouting, the Kiba look alike socked the man in the mouth knocking him to the ground, a quick spray of blood followed in the strikes wake and thus the robed man was out for the count. Nodding his approval the Kiba clone said something in that strange tongue again and gestured toward both the Andra and Kurisuna clones, whom then in turn faced the group and spoke in sync. [smear:A9CF54]"We're so sorry for our colleague's idea of fun. As penance we will not only send you back to where you were, return to you which has been stolen but also give you a gift as our way of showing how terrible we feel for not keeping a better eye on this one."[/smear:cc0000] A smile followed, worn by all there including those whom had vanished earlier, each smile exactly the same as the next.. Terribly happy and terribly creepy. And then a snap of the fingers, a white flash. And each and every remaining member would find themselves awake where they slept. Gold returned (a bird for Kurisuna, who squawked most annoyed), powers restored and the most uncomfortable rash on their inner thighs. Apparently not only the robed man had a sick sense of humor. Event Fin - Rewards will be posted at another time. I'm terribly sorry for the anti climatic ending, I was going to do something completely different but we ran out of time. Sorreh.
