The first district of the Rukongai is dedicated to farming and raising livestock mainly for the production of food and a few other goods such as hides for leather and wool. As such, the landscape consists of cleared grounds with farms and ranches scattered across it. This is the most protected of the four districts. |

The second district varies greatly to that of the first in appearance. Instead of cultivated land, the second district is covered in forests with streams and lakes dotted throughout it and underground caves hidden in it. There are also small houses here and there, belonging to the people who work the forest to provide goods such as lumber, metals from the mines, and fish among other things. This district is also secured fairly well by Shinigami patrols from the Fifth Division. |

The third district of the Rukongai is home to business. Shops, restaurants, and other establishments that revolve around money and/or goods, as well as the homes of people that work here. While Shinigami patrols aren't uncommon in this area, they aren't as frequent or packed as in districts one and two, as such, the third district is prone not only to Hollow attacks, but also a high crime rate. |
|
| |
Nothing more than rubble and sparingly few intact homes occupied by loners and rebels, the fourth district of the Rukongai is more a hunting ground for the Hollow rather than a home for the Rukon Citizens. It is often called the borderland as it's the only thing between the wastelands and the rest of the Rukongai. Shinigami patrols here are rare unless acting on information. |
