Post any IC messages to the 5th Division here.
In addition, as this is the Division in charge of taking care of the Jigukochu as well as delivering messages, there will be a slight twist. Messages may be delivered by future 5th Division members, or simple NPC, situation pending. (If a request is given for a messenger to be used, then it will be done like that) A large section of the division, an entire vast and spacious room in fact, houses the Jigukochu. Separated according to division they are assigned to as couriers, the cages are lined up neatly and allow the rare insects to have a little room inside their boxes to flap around when not relaying messages. One can see the front of the boxes to be wires, spread out far enough so as to not suffocate the creatures, nor let them fly out unscheduled. There is always a few divisions members at the ready to prepare the Jigukochu to hold the messages they are to deliver to the necessary division. There is also a set room adjacent to the Jigukochu room, where the caretakers for the week are to sleep in and rest between shifts. It is a highly important task, and the caretakers are under strict rules and guidelines in order to properly take care of the messenger insects. On the rare and important occasion, a messenger from the division itself will be sent out, only in dire emergencies where Jigukochu would be too vulnerable. (Such as cases of war or invasion) These messengers are on standby in a second room adjacent to the Jigokuchu room. Messengers are rarely seen resting, in here, only between breaks and regularly join the caretakers. This is to allow them to stay active, and be ready to suddenly head out to deliver a crucial message. Thus is the inbox system of the 5th Division.

A black messenger, the hell butterfly, floated into the room and repeated its message, the panic clear even in this form: Soutaichou-sama has passed. All captains must remain in their divisions to maintain order until the Central Forty-Six acts. Double the guards on duty. Note: Consider this message to have arrived in each individual division under the header of Communication and Transportation.

A single Hell Butterfly floated into the room, the appearance of the Komatsu emblem on it's wings indicating that it was from a noble family. Officers of the Gotei are invited to a party held by the Komatsu family. The location is within the Rukon's District 1. The date is tomorrow evening.
