Just to make this quick since you haven't started the thread and keep complaining there's no way to get healed/move to the next day, I will be doing a solo healing thread of your character Hiroshin. It will take place the next day as I said before, the day you were injured Kiki was occupied with a more severe case. Hiroshin will be unconscious during and immediately after. Kiki will leave a note explaining Hiroshin's condition and the like with his body. You can do whatever is logical after that.
After patching up Shikome's minor injuries, Kiki decided to do a quick tour of the medical tent to see if her services were needed elsewhere. Fortunately for Hiroshin, Kiki stumbled across him. Literally. She grunted as she pulled her male gigai's frame off the floor then examined her soon to be patient before hauling him into one of the sectioned off areas so that she could do what she did best in the privacy of the curtained walls.
She popped out of her gigai and set it on a stool then got to work. She healed the superficial wounds caused by his various encounters before focusing on his left arm. It was an utter mess. The best comparison Kiki could make was viewing the bone shards and fragments as puzzle pieces. When Hiroshin had initially shattered his arm, the pieces had still been in place, much like a completed puzzle that wasn't glued together. It could be healed and return good as new provided he didn't use the arm, because using the arm was the equivalent of putting a completed, not glued, puzzle back into the box, then shaking the box vigorously. The puzzle broke apart and the pieces got all jumbled. That was exactly what had happened to Hiroshin's arm as he had been using it in various ways since the moment the incident had happened.
The best Kiki would be able to do without completely butchering the arm and turning him into Frankenstein was to use her Chiyudo to externally shuffle the bones back as best she could, then fuse the bones back together where they were and coat the nerves so he wouldn't experience the pain he had been trying to ignore, though he would now always have pain in that arm to some degree and it would never work as well as it once did. So that was exactly what Kiki did. When she was done, she left a note with Hiroshin, detailing the comparison to the puzzle and how, while he could use his arm somewhat, it would never be the same again.
