Four small, single room, free standing buildings; one near each of the gates of the Fourth Division, facing in each of the four cardinal directions and thus the direction of the four other divisions and the western Seireitei wall gate. They sit opposite of the similarly built guard stations. Messages, whether from hell butterflies or human runners are sent here, and a personal runner of the Fourth Division carries them inside to the intended recipient.
Note: All messages for the Fourth Division or Fourth Division members should be posted here.

The impetus of his protracted gallop driving him forward, a messenger from the Third Division arrives from the afflicted district to communicate his Taichou's notice:
In light of today's events, the Third Division hereby requests the individual reports of every Shinigami to have participated in the efforts to control the epidemic, and bids them to seek a thorough medical examination.

The tranquility of the Division would be slightly disturbed as a messenger of the second Division entered the grounds with a message. This message was marked as urgent, hoping to get to he eyes of the Taicho as soon as possible Shuchiku-Taicho, I have a favor to ask. In the rush of patients which went through my Division, there seems to be one patient missing. A Rukongai girl of the name Sui Torako, appearing as a petite child, her most notable features are her blue hair with a very peculiar, long lock which twirls itself upwards, and her golden eyes, almost feline in nature. If any member of your Division would come across this run away patient, I would ask you most kindly to return her to the Second Division grounds. While in good shape she still might need a few days of rest. I do apologize in advance if she causes any trouble in you Division Grounds. Sincerely
Hitoshi Harupia

The messengers of the Second Division were quite busy bee's as of late, as yet another one came rushing to the grounds of the 4th Division. This time though the message was short and sweet Thank you for informing me with haste Shuchiku-Taicho. I hope she isn't to much of a bother, and that you legs have healed well.

[bgcolor=000000] With a small jingle on the air, a black winged messenger found itself fluttering into one of the four free standing buildings. It would circle around the room once, twice and then finally swoop down and deliver it's message to the intended patron. "Members of the First Division have been sent out into the Rukongai on a diplomatic assignment. They're ordered to return with one or more representatives of the Rukon and have them escorted to the First Division.
"It is my request that members of the Fourth Division search the arriving patrons for any signs of Hollowifaction. Any items on their person are to remain in their keeping unless they are discovered to be the unmasked Hollow. Once the search is complete, I humbly request that they be escorted to my Division walls and have guards posted around the temporary lodgings I am preparing for them.
"These people are intended to be our guests, so please treat them as well as possible."
Tanaka Malik, Soutaicho.
