Long ago, on the most dangerous night of pokemon history, lightning found it’s self at the top of the Ancient Ruins of Queen Eeveetta, mother of all pokemon. The guardians of the Ruins watched as the lightning struck, sending pieces of the ruin rolling down the mountain side. They were so devastated, as soon as the frightening storm passed; they tried to gather all pieces to restore the great ruins. On this search one Charmander came upon a large stone which had fell from the statue on top the ruins.
The charmander took the stone to the Guardians of the ruins who then found writing deep in the cracked stone. This writing…was the prophecy of the end of the world.
Like all prophecies it didn’t give when this would happen but it said it non-the-less. One day the world would be permanently incased in storm clouds in which were so dense not even a pigeot could fly through. The storms would take over the world, drowning it in the tears of the sky.
Like all prophecies, it could be solved. It spoke of a hidden boulder which held six oddly colored eggs with even stranger markings on it. It was told that one pokemon, small, least expected would be destined to find this boulder and only this pokemon would have the power to hatch these eggs. This pokemon would train the six hatchlings and help them to their destiny of defeating the Dark Clouds.
20 years have passed…”
An eevee read this pallet with a very bored expression upon his face. Well, it was hard to tell if it was boredom or something else…for this eevee had an awkward face. His eyes were very tiny and far apart and his lips always stuck out. He also had an intense…sweating problem and possibly drooling.
He licked his lips, a few drops of drool splattering the ground. A nearby hitmonchan groaned with great irritated as he dragged a mop over to the…odd looking eevee. “Excuse me, sir but…”
“Oh, you’re excused. I do that from my butt sometimes too.” The eevee spoke, his tiny little eyes glistening as a small noise erupted from his rump. “See?”
The hitmonchan gagged slightly then shook his head. “No, the museum is closing. You need to leave.”
The eevee’s eyes widened as he frantically looked around. “It’s closing?!” He began to stare at the ceiling. “Oh please, great museum do not close a top my small eeveelicious body!” The eevee desperately begged.
The hitmonchan groaned once more and turned around. “Brother! Another idiot won’t leave!”
A machamp stormed out of the back of the museum. He didn’t speak, just grabbed the eevee but his fluffy tail and dragged him to the front door, throwing open the door and kicking the eevee high into the sky. The eevee began to cry with join as he outstretched his tiny little legs.
“I’m flying! I’m really flying. Oh mom…they told me an eevee could never fly.” As he soared through the sky a shiny object caught his tiny eyes. “What’s th-“ and there was a tree.
“Oh look…I’m home!” He soon forgot about that strange shiny object he saw on his trip.
This didn’t mean when the eevee crawled into his bed that it wouldn’t return to his dreams because…it did. He dreamed of a voice…so soft and sweet, saying “KOJI GO FIND THAT SHINY WHEN YOU WAKE UP OR MAMA GONNA KICK YOUR EEVEELICIOUS TAIL!”
The eevee jumped up with a startle. He was a bit confused on how he would find a shiny object he saw in the sky but he heard it in his dream and we all know you always listen to dreams. Perhaps he could fly there! The eevee stood on a branch near his treehole and shook his rump, getting ready to take flight.
“Koji, what are you doing?” A small voice spoke out.
Startled, Koji lost his balance and now his little paws frantically tried to pull his body back upon the branch. He looked down to see a small, big eyed, big headed eevee of adorableness. “Oh..hello Frox…” Where Koji’s awkward eyes once were, little hearts replaced and he fell from the branch he so desperately held on to.
The adorable eevee stood over the…less adorable eevee, her eyes were big and round and full of curiosity. “Where are you going?”
Koji was silent as his eyes…pulsated? …yeah…they pulsated. That’s Koji for you.
“Koji!” the eevee whined, poking Koji in the face.
“Frox hehe…Don’t touch my tail, Frox…OH HI FROX!!!” He realized that he had been awkwardly daydreamed of the cute little eevee with her standing there.
“Where are you going?” She asked again, batting her eye lashes.
“To fetch a shiny object!” Koji declared. “It’s going to be a dangerous mission which no girl should go on. I’ll have to fight monsters, and ghosts and-“
“Can I come?” Frox asked.
“Of course!” Koji declared.
And so, with a backpack upon his back and his best friend to his side. This less than intelligent eevee was ready to venture on into the unknown…where no man has ever gone before…
