Quickie to release Nabi from limbo, so I request that she be the only one to enter. The note arrived in the Second Division. Moments earlier a fairly burly Rukon had presented the piece of paper to the guards at the south gate to the walled city. " Shoulda done this months ago," Yoshiya thought to himself, as he walked away, the letter having been delivered. And as a runner carried the message, a particularly sharp eyed Shinigami of the Third happened to read the words on the parchment as it passed her by. It read as follows. To whomever of the Second Division it may concern.
In the aftermath of the occurrence in the Autumn of the previous year in the Third District, where that morning an invasion of creatures who required cranial trauma to neutralise and whose bodily fluids caused immediate paralysis of the victim, I happened across a young Rukon girl, severely injured. I personally left said child in the care of your Taichou.
Alas, though she remains a complete stranger to me, curiosity has gotten the better of me, so I wish to inquire as to her fate, whether or not she has recovered from her injuries.
I'm afraid I do not have a name to give to the child, though I can say that when I found her, she was wearing an outfit which resembled that of a cat.
If you can identify this patient, please send news of her to me. My address is (it was at this part of the letter that the runner's hand obscured the writings from the member of the third) Yours faithfully, Y. Watson [EXIT]

The young-looking, petite, raven-black haired woman was taking a walk to the lobby of the 2nd Division, when she saw the runner come into the 2nd Division, leaving behind a parchment on the counter. Nabi's wide chocolate-brown eyes were filled with curiosity as she approached the counter to look at the parchment.
She looked at the parchment, and stopped the runner, asking to wait a moment as she read it over. She thought for a moment about how to respond.
Then she quickly grabbed a piece of parchment and a pen, writing a response to the letter:
To Y. Watson
Your message has been received well. It will take some time for me to investigate about this patient, whose name I believe is Sui, that you are inquiring after. As we have many patients coming in and out of our Division, it will take some time to go through our records. Once I have tracked her down, I will send back more information to you to let you know what has happened to said patient. Please give me some time, and rest assured that she is in good hands with the Division.
Thank you,
Sincerely,
Nabi Paran, of the 2nd Division
After writing it, Nabi handed her response to the runner, directing the runner to follow the address that Yoshiya had written on the letter. The runner quickly ran out of the 2nd Division with her letter, and Nabi set off to fulfill Yoshiya's request.
