How so, as in he's too tough to feel it, or he won't feel it cuz he'll be dead too damn quick?

Probably both.

Iroh can breathe fire after drinking tea! That's quite some feat!

And Natsu eats every single kind of fire that's thrown his way. If anything he is the ultimate fire bender as he can't really seem to be hurt by it. Minus that one time, though he still overcame it and ate it eventually.

So overall I think that it really comes down to how much each of their powers can affect each other. That seems to be the real clincher. Assuming All Fiction did work perfectly and Kumagawa could use it on Gil's weapons I would have to give it to Kumagawa because he would be able to take out any of Gil's weapons (and likely Gil himself). Assuming it didn't work or wasn't as effective then it would be up in the air for me. I still think Kumagawa could win because he could theoretically make Gil's ability to use his weapons into nothing or make his stats/people's memory of him (I'm assuming though not sure, that how well a hero is known does affect how powerful they are) as he is able to target concepts.

Just to clear up a few things though I don't think the mind reading phantasm would work as one character who was able to read minds wasn't able to pick up a thing when he tried to do so to Kumagawa.

Also towards the end of the series Kumagawa's All Fiction was restored to it's full strength so I don't think that things with strong feelings would be that big of a barrier towards it anymore. Other than when Kumagawa wasn't able to completely remove a Minus I can't think of another time that it has really been staved off when it was at full power (and the reason for that one wasn't really explained all too well). Closest other example was when he erased a character's eyesight but he got that back because a different character gave him a new set of eyes.

So, the battle depends on location.

Certainly, were it upon a train for example or a ship... Even a stagecoach.. Iroh wins. otherwise not so much.

Laharl wasn't a troll, Laharl was almost the straight man of his own series. If anything, Etna and Flonne were the trolls, Etna on purpose and Flonne because that kind of stupid just doesn't mesh with what the setting calls for.

Internet personalities are characters. Hell, so are you and I. Just because we're on a role-play forum doesn't mean we need to prune the definition.

Kumagawa, he is extremely good at trolling the other characters (part of the reason he is so awesome)
