Appearance: Konno has the appearance of someone in her mid teens, though is rather short, being a smidge above five feet in stature. Her build is athletic, with any bulk on her comprised of muscle. Miss Yumi's uniform is modified slightly to fit closer to her body, with tighter sleeves and a split Hakama. The most significant alteration arguably is that she does not wear a Kosode, finding it too long and cumbersome. Her division identification is instead stitched to her Shitagi, which has short sleeves and only goes just past her waist. Her hands are bound tightly in bandages to prevent scrapes. Konno's hair is short and black, her eyes an emerald green. She has a soft face. On her left hip she wears a satchel with the image of an envelope upon it. Upon her head one can often find a pair of aviator goggles.
Personality: Peppy, cheerful and with boundless energy, Konno likes nothing more than to run, to have the wind in her face. She is young, and doesn't have the sensibilities that someone with more years would, overestimating her abilities and tending to not look before she leaps, sometimes literally.
History: Like the crashing of a storm, the breaking of the wave, so comes Konno Yumi. She hasn't been in the Gotei long, but this young Shinigami has put her best foot forward. Then her other foot in front of that. And again, and so on. You see, sometimes a Hell Butterfly is not enough, sometimes people need to have physical items transported. That is where people like Konno come in, to ferry items from division to division.
Upon noting her excellent speed, stamina, footwork and enthusiasm for running, Konno was placed in the first division, where she was then allocated to the courier section, small items. Whilst her job description has her doing deliveries for anyone who wants it, much of her duties have found her under the employ of Kabelja Watson. After all, someone has to deliver all those forms to her fellow Shinigami, and then someone has to bring them to the Third for cataloguing.
But, what of her years before joining the Gotei? Well, she did decent in school, though her energy did mean she was somewhat 'unsettled' in class. Her father, Yasunari, is a consultant in the Second, her mother, Hikaru is a gaoler with the Fourth. She also has a younger infant sister by the name of Kata. And all are very proud of her!

Division Skill: Hell Butterflies - A tradition passed down from the first People, members of the First Division are trained in the art of creating black butterflies from reiatsu that can carry verbal messages. The creator must know the appearance of the person they are sending the hell butterfly to or the exact location it needs to go to, as the image of the recipient or place is embedded into the hell butterfly upon creation and that is what the winged messenger looks for when delivering its contents.
Free Skill: Runner Vision - The world is a giant jungle gym to Konno. As she looks upon a view, she sees various route to get to places. Why go around that house, when you can leap onto that bench, swing from that tree and run across its roof? All these paths appear to her. Though many of these paths cannot be taken until she improves her acrobatic (footwork) abilities.

Spirit: Nizbel appears as a short, stocky bipedal dinosaur, with green skin and large, yellowed eyes. She is clad in a red cape, clamped upon her shoulders with the skulls of two horned snakes. Upon her chest she bears a breastplate made of bone. Nizbel is a cruel, sadistic, twisted creature, delighting in the suffering of others, and snickering about evil, though her evil has little more competence than that of the comic books that Konno used to read.
Inner World: The throne room in a dark foreboding castle. Ages have caused the building to fall into disrepair. The walls are cracked, the once colourful tapestries are torn and faded.
Sealed: In its sealed state, Nizbel holds the form of a stiletto dagger, equipped with a cross guard. Both the blade and the hilt are nine inches in length. The hilt is surrounded by a black rubber. Yumi stores it in one of two holsters, each one on one of her hips, attached by the same belt around her middle.
