  Standing at the height of 5'9", Lira has a very plain face, making her look like any average woman. She weighs roughly 139lbs (63 kg) and even though she is thin, her form carries well defined muscles, proving that she's a true Techimaru and doesn't stop training even if she is a girl. Though she isn't like her brother with the idea of body oil, she still uses the oil from time to time. She has very fine facial features and keeps her self looking 110% all the time. Like her brother she has icy blue eyes, almost cold looking. However, her hair is a very bright red, almost scarlet in color, the contrast making her golden skin glow.

    For her uniform she wears a different style of shinigami uniform than what the Gotei 5 wears. She has taken the time to make her uniform more ninja in appearance. S. The top itself is a v-neck, baring her arms and back to the elements. Her bottom wear is like the standard shinigami uniform pants. Her sash is white on her wrists she also wears training wristbands. They are made of fabric and are red in color. Her sword is sheathed on her  lower back, having it slightly tilted to the left, having the handle of her sword just in reaching range when she needs it.

    She wears the normal shinigami sandals but with the white socks. Her hair she keeps very loose and allows it to shine most of the time, she has been known to put her hair in twin buns or even a long pony tail when she wants to show off. While stalking the man of her dreams she wears a long black cloak, what is to her knees in length. The jacket itself is cloth in material with cloud details with vines over it. The color of the clouds are red. They are about 3 inches in all around. They are spaced about ten inches away from each other.  The inside of the cloak itself is deep red just like her hair.

 Lira, when around others that aren't her brother, usually keeps to herself and doesn't have much to say. When around those she adores and loves, however, she can become more outspoken and is more than likely to profess her love for someone. Preferably if that some one was a tall, dark haired, tattooed man by the name of Yakanami Azoth. Lira has obsessive tendencies, always keeping to the same routine. With this, she keeps a close eye on Azoth, following him throughout the day, making sure he isn't cheating on her with anyone else. However, this noted, she isn't even dating Azoth, she just in her head believes the two are meant to be together. So she stalks the poor man and has day dreams of how they would be with each other.

All this aside, she keeps up with her work in her older brother's division making sure she does every job to her utmost desire. On her spare time, she studies different styles of cooking methods through books and even asks the opinion of some Shinigami that she knows that love to cook. She does enjoy cooking for her loved ones, making sure she makes packed lunches for Azoth every day and leaving it on his door step. Never leaving her name though, as her shy side comes out at that fact. On the side, she enjoys painting and drawing, however, it's mostly around and about the man of her dreams.

Like her brother, Lira is a fighter. She loves a great fight, but on that note, she doesn't like hand to hand combat. She is a user of the blade and enjoys a good sword fight. She likes to train at least 2 hours a day with just her blade or  with some people of her division. She has yet to train with the person she really wants to.

1781 n.w* - Lira is born to the Techimaru family.

1786 n.w* - She finds out her brother has joined the Gotei and is upset about it.

1790 n.w* - She starts to become interested in the art of cooking, painting and drawing.

1801 n.w* - Lira finds herself between two paths of joining her brother or staying with their parents.

1810 n.w* - After nine years, she chooses to join the Gotei and become a shinigami.

1851 n.w* - She starts to practice basic sword-play, wanting to become a great swordsman.

1890 n.w* - Lira meets the love her life, Yakanami Azoth, and begins to follow him.

1959 n.w* - She still stalks Azoth everyday, while training and becoming a better shinigami for her brother.

1987 n.w* - She finds out by a report that her parents died from sickness late July. She becomes slightly silent around most people. Lira starts to train harder and make lunches for Azoth.

2000 - Present* - She is glad Taisho finally obtained his goal and became the Taicho of the division. She follows his lead and on her spare time keeps a close eye on Azoth, making sure he isn't cheating on her.[/smear:ffe1e0]

When Lira was born, she knew she was brought into a strong-willed family. Taisho was always about his looks and liked to pose in the living room. After he left to join the shinigami, she became slightly loud like her brother to make sure she was noticed in the family home. After a few years, she began to train her brain, learning new styles of cooking and preparing different styles of cooking. To her, it was a great passion and her parents and friends enjoyed the new food she had learned and it tasted divine. 

After many years of thinking it over, Lira leaves her parents and joins her brother in the ranks of the Gotei. Joining her brother's division, she follows his lead, doing the jobs he didn't feel like doing. She wound up doing basic patrols around the city and the outer city. On a daily patrol, was the day when her icy blue eyes found themselves looking at a tall sexy man named Yakanami Azoth. Right away there were hearts in her eyes and she new he was the man who would give her many, many babies. However over the years, she has stalked the poor man, but she has not once really told him how she feels.

   Hi No Hebi is a 20 foot long flaming snake and weighs roughly 80 pounds. His eye color is a bright gold. He isn't the most kind of creatures to meet, slightly loud spoken, and not too kind to his master, Lira. He is very controlling and likes to have the last word with anything they are talking about. In the long run of, he does like to make sure Lira is okay and isn't taking over too much that she can't handle.

The spirit world is located on a mountain path looking over a body of water. The distance from the ground is around 70 meters. The place is rough and hard looking, lots of rocks and bushes to give the area a lush feeling to the home of a flaming snake.

Hi No Hebi is a classic Chokutō. Unlike the common Zanpakuto that take the shape of a katana, this blade has no curve to it giving it a very slick look to it. The sheath and handle are blood-red in color and has no guard whatsoever. The blade is three-and-a-half feet long with the handle a foot-and-five inches.
