[Restrictions and Regulations]Here, you will find all the rules, regulations, and guidelines in place for establishing a character within Akatokiyami. Please note that these are subject to changes at any time. [Pet, Mount, and Item Regulations]Please keep in mind that these rules are subject to change based on situations that are come across during registration.
Please leave the Header intact; this tells the moderator where to place the thread upon completion.
1. For pets and mounts, the following needs to be included in the physical description: the animal's height at the top of the shoulder, its approximate weight, its age, species, gender (if not otherwise stated), and coloration; mounts do require a description of any saddlery or tack used, but any items that a companion pet animal may be wearing are optional. You may use pictures, but the artist or source of the image must be credited. If you cannot find the original artist, you must state as much.
2. For this forum, the size of the 'Dog' item is defined by average adult weight and is priced thusly: A small dog is any dog with an adult weight under 20 pounds; a medium dog is 21 – 49 pounds; a large dog is 50 – 104 pounds; and a giant is over 105 pounds.
3. A pony is considered any horse that measures 14.2 hands or less at the top of the shoulder and a horse is anything above that; a horse cannot be over 19 hands high. As a hand is 4 inches in length, the half-way point between two hand-measurements (ie, from 15 to 16 hands is 2 inches, which would be read as, '15, 2' (15 hands, two inches)).
4. Breeds of animals do not exactly exist in this setting, and so you are allowed to pick and choose as you wish; however, you cannot use the breed's name as the animal's description – it must be described in words. You may use pictures, but the artist or source of the image must be credited. If you cannot find the original artist, you must state as much.
5. Species for custom pets must be real-world animals and fit into the setting. If it does not fit into the setting, you will be informed.
6. Each custom item will be handled on a case-by-case basis; as such, there are no regulations for them, other than the fact that they cannot be made out of, or function similarly to, Eiphyre. It should also go without saying that an item that is similar in form or function to another's custom item is out of the question.
7. Please label all registration threads accordingly by use of the "Gear Icon" near the Subject line. Please specify which character the registration is for in the Thread Description; if the item is a reward, please also specify that in the thread description – all other costs will be deducted from your account upon completion.
8. Once approved, all registrations are final.
