Garth is a lanky, pasty man with surprisingly thick blonde hair. His face is battered with a series of scars from misadventures and experiments from his childhood, and while he doesn't like to talk about it lacks eyebrows. To make up for this, he applies makeup around his eyes, a mixture of [smear:65acfc]blues[/smear:6709f3] under his alarming light blue eyes and black above them.
Coming from beyond humble origins, Garth has little to no personal affects outside of what the Order of the Sun has provided for him, as such he wears modest, yet near pristine blue and black robes. The outer layer appears to be that of a blue cloak which comes with a hood deep enough to completely shadow his features when he decides to pull it over his head. Below that a slightly faded black robe, accented with blue trimmings flows almost elegantly around his thin frame. This is held in place with a simple tan leather belt with a bronze buckle. Covering his scarred hands is a pair of satin blue gloves, which end roughly 3 inches past his wrists. Upon his legs, simple and again slightly faded black pants. While not seen often due to the cloak and robe that flows around his form he does indeed wear them to avoid any embarrassment and possible teasing. Finally upon his feet which ride up just shy of his knees, are black leather boots which are slightly cracked due to much use but still in reasonably good condition. Deciding that he is a man of the Gods and what more, a deliver of their divine justice he does not change his attire for any occasion, the only time he wears anything slightly different is in the winter months when these robes of fabric are much thicker and lined with sheepskin.
Additionally he is rarely seen without his prized staff/walking stick. Whether it be in hand or within an arm's reach.

Made from White Wood which is reinforced by a simple iron rod down it's center, it has been carved into a staff symbolizing Dragon's spiraling around one another. This staff is 6 feet in length and weighs roughly 3 pounds. Between the twin heads of the dragons is a sphere of sapphire which seems to pulse when Garth channels his magics through it.

First: Misdirection - Using the knowledge gained as a Justicar, Garth uses his own power to leech into the power of another to bend the arc of an attack coming at his person. While he cannot completely redirect it back at the target, he can safely divert the attack from his person by several feet, where it goes from there he has little to no concern.Weapon
